- How many web pages can I run it on?
- There is no limit.
- How can you afford to run this thing for free?
- Advertising sponsors pay the bills.
- Can I run a counter on a password protected website?
- Not at this time.
- Can I use a different style counter?
- We are open to suggestions... If you have a background you would like to use for your counter (that is 88x19), email it to us, and we can get it added.
- Will this counter work on dynamically generated pages, such as a forum?
- Yes, the counter system will automatically take into account dynamic looking URLs (URLs with a question mark (?) in them).
- If I remove the sponsor link, will the counter still work?
- Sporadically... sponsor links are validated once a month. If your page fails validation (because the HTML was altered or partially removed), your counter will no longer work. By using the counter, you are granting our system permission to download your page to validate the HTML.
- I still would like to remove the sponsor, is there no way to do it?
- If you would like to remove the sponsor, you can do so (and your counter will still work) by paying a $100 per year fee.
