I'll second that! We just finished moving our customers from NetCents
(piece `o %^&%), a three month chore only because it has no exporting
(at least not the last version we used).

We recovered more than $5K in receivables from customers that Netcents
"forgot" to bill over the past year, identified dozens upon dozens of
deadbeats, and we still have yet to complete a final audit of to
determine which customers that just mysteriously disappeared from
within Netcents.

Thank heavens for paper records which we kept... but in a nutshell,
OG saves me literally dozens of hours of unneccessary work related to
billing issues every week, has improved our cash flow etc.

Now if only he'd fix the program to make it work the way I want it to
;-)

But heck ... Shawn's not perfect and he does have this thing about
Mac's ... other than that ... OG is absolutely the best software
investment I have made in the last two years.

Regards
Noel
