block usageFrom: Michael Kelly-Gleeson Date: Monday, September 6, 1999
Time: 7:35:50 pmHi,
when I put a user on block hours how exactly does that user specify how
many hours say if they sign-up through the web interface ?
heres our scenario :
we offer 3 rates for block hours.
if you purchase between :
10-49 hours its "3.30" per hour
50-99 hours its "3.00"
100 hours and over its "2.50"
how do I sell a customer say 29 hours under optigold ?
do i create a product that is 3.30 and then sell them 29 of those
products ?
also what does time1, and time2 mean ?
also we have a setup fee on the first block of hours they buy but after
that they just buy their blocks, how would a customer buy this through
the web interface, or one of our resellers using the web interface, is
there any way to make it happen the first time only then not apply the
setup product after that.
another thing....as a reseller/salesperson in the web interface there
appears to be no way to add a product to an existing account.
lets say mary jones bought her package off our reseller, and then came
back to buy more hours, or add a domain to her account...how do they do
this ?
thanks,
Michael
