Try to follow this, please. I suspect the problem is going to be hidden
somewhere, so you need to follow the rabbit trail to try and figure it
out.

We are doing a promotion that gives the customer 2 free months of
service.

A regular paying customer gets suspended 10 days after their expiration
date.
Invoices go out 2 weeks before the expiration date.

Since the promo customer isn't paying anything up front, I don't want to
give him 10 days of grace. I started out by setting a hold date that was
equal to his expiration date. The promo customers were not being
invoiced. You had suggested that I change the hold date to one day past
the expiration. I tried that and the promo customers still aren't
getting an invoice.

Any suggestions?
