I spoke with Tellan this morning and they are reviewing my diagnostics file.

It appears that what is happening is cards that have errors (expired or zip
is too short, etc. ) are being sent back to OG and OG is marking them as
approved. Right now the only approved code I have in there is "Approved".
Tellan is going to try and dig up what these codes are that are being sent
back to OG, but I find it hard to believe that an expired card is sending
back the code "approved". Does this info give you any other ideas asto what
might be happening?
