Actually, I could make it a dynamic drop-down based on some preferences,
but the problem with the dynamic ones is that it alphabetizes the items
in the list. I don't want it to be alphabetized.
I'll make an option to edit the static drop-down, but it will have to be
re-edited when you upgrade. But that's about the best I can do.

My Stuff -> Preferences -> Open Print Dialog (set it to no).

You can use the normal Delete button (on the customer info). And no,
there is no problem with leaving "loose ends", because it kills all the
"loose ends" with the account automatically.
