It doesn't prompt you for each file or alignment of fields (except for
the Global_.USR file).
But, it doesn't work on some people's machines for absolutely NO good
reason... So you can try it, and if it craps out, you know you can't do
it. :-)
the only assumption it makes is that the .FM files are in the same
directory as the new set of .USR files. (If you follow the upgrade
instructions, they will be anyway).
