Cool too. Yes. And no... actually the default for open print dialog is "No". I did make a change recently, that if you have the Open Print Dialog setting set to "No", but you print something that you WANT to open the print dialog for, you can hold down the SHIFT key and it will open the print dialog regardless of your setting.
