OK, I'm new to OptiGold so pardon these questions if they are really dumb
but....

1) Why do I get a "You can not delete an active user" message when I try to
delete? The user has NO invoices or payments pending. I have read the
manual and I seem to be doing everything correctly but it still will not
delete users. I have finally given myself God access and can manually
change the status of a user to cancelled but OG gets mad at me and tells me
I should never have to do this.

2) We only sell DSL and web hosting. When we sign up a customer say on the
20th of the month, we will give them the rest of the month free. How do I
tell OG to not pro-rate the month and really start the "service" or billing
on the 1st of the next month? I don't really care if OG thinks they are not
online until the 1st but I want to enter them when we sign them up.

3) I am using the MondoMail plug-in for FMP (Mac obviously). It creates a
folder in the System Folder called MondoMail and in that is MondoMail
Daemon. I have put an alias of that in the OG folder. However, every time
I e-mail an invoice or letter, it asks me where MondoMail is and I have to
keep telling it. Not very automated. Is there a better way to have it just
e-mail the invoices without asking where MondoMail is? This will get a bit
tedious with 1000's of users.

4) And final question related to the above. On the 1st of each month, I
click the generate invoice button. It gives me a list of all the invoices
to create. Two problems here: I hit the "generate" button and it starts
building invoices. Ever 2 or 3 invoices, FMP crashes and corrupts the
Invoice.USR file. I have to re-build that and continue the process. This
takes considerable time. I have re-installed FMP 4.1 (with v3 update) and
increased the RAM and that has NO effect on it. It still crashes. Running
OS 8.6

Also, I am unable to edit the invoices. It e-mails them and some of them I
remove set-up fees and add other fees for the first invoice a customer gets.
We often waive install or discount install and add extra equipment to the
first invoice but OG sends it without giving me any ability to edit it.

Can the above problems be fixed or am I missing something here?
