Make sure at least 1 of your customers has a status of "Current".

Well, if you are going to be generating the RADIUS file (instead of doing
a realtime provisioning of the server), you won't need to worry about it
changing right there, because next time the RADIUS file is generated, it
generates the whole thing in it's entirety, so any changes will be part
of it.
