I was thinking about that myself, and knew you would bring it up. I thought about a couple of options. One being when you click on tech support (which could be renamed to "Activity" or similar) it brings up a screen which lets you choose tech support or call activity. Another option would be to expand the call activity section on the customer info screen, and have a "more" or "miscellaneous" button to where all that miscellaneous info could be listed. A third option would be to reduce the call activity section to just a button, which when chosen would open a separate screen. That way you would open up the customer info screen and have a bit of room for future use, and you won't be so space limited on the call activity screen either. Let me know if any of these are options you'd consider.
