Why when I go to the Cancel Customers button on the main menu does it want to cancel accounts who are only 8 days past due? In prefs, I have it set to put accts. 10 days past due On Hold. And cancel accts. when they are 30 days past due. Why? Why? Why? Sorry for all the why's ... it's one of those days! Amy Milliken
