I know I have ask you this before, but the way I set up emailing in the
routing field, did not work which I found out today when I ran my invoices.
Here is what I am trying to do.
I have a company xyz with the domain xyz.com
Lets say they have 2 extra emails besides their login which are:
abc & def
Our domain is iserve.net which if I just enter the user name, it should
default to that right?
So I have abc under email and under routing to I have abc@xyz.com. Is this
correct? When invoices are email, I get a bounced message saying
abc@iserve.net could not be reached. Undeliverable.
I was hoping this way would work, cause if I go to enter a user it will
throw up a flag saying that that user already exist even though it is an
extra email account. If I reverse the fields, putting abc@xyz.com as the
email, then OG will allow me to add a user with a login of abc which could
conflict right?
I hope that is not too confusing.
If none of this matters or wont conflict, then just let me know and I will
forget about it :)
