Also, Shawn, would you email me privately quickly, I have an Excel spreadsheet I'd like to have you review and perhaps upload with your tools that helps calculate refunds/prorating. The super nifty thing I would like Opti or Excel do, dang, can't seem to do. That is, I'd like to, on a timeline type graph, show by invoice, by sub-account, the charges over time. IE, joe's account was started on 1/15/99, they added a subaccount of type x on 3/10, then mailboxes on 5/29, etc. Left side of graph is account's stacked up ACCOUNT
