Give them time credit and they will show up (Optigold manages the details
of not ACTUALLY giving them time credit when it's added to their billing
cycle). But it does need it to know what type of cycle it's allowed for.

Yes, I would imagine that it will probably be added to the tech support
web interface. At which point, I think it would be okay to delete items
(so long as the employee has access to do so).
