Why don't you run a Web Server like QuidQuoSSL which is 125 dollars,
purchase the Welcome Plugin which will allow you to proxy things, and run
those on the box as Filemaker Pro.

Then you could use a rule like:

Path: *

Occur When: <p0>
Action: PROXY
Result: http://127.0.0.1:593<p0>

This will cause the connection to the web server to be SSL and then the
connection from the web server to FMP is all local so it can't be tapped.

It would work.
