On the invoices, does Service Period is Paid Through: come directly from the
Expiration date and the Payment Will Extend Service Period To: comes from
where? Where do you set these parameters?

To get the proration to work for the first month of service (January X -
31), I had to set Exp Date = Est Date, which affects the above. Where is
the Due Date setting set, like Net 15 or Net 30 for Bill paying customers?
