Friday, 09/11/98? And here I'm telling all these people on the lists you
have upgrades every week. You're slackin...;)
Since we setup our customers on our servers before entering them into
Optigold, it would be nice if we could have the option to email them our
welcome letter in addition to printing it. Perhaps that could be put into
the preferences or just have the button say email/print then prompt for a
choice.
I was entering in a new account for test purposes, then decided I didn't
want to at the time. I clicked on delete and saw the 'this account has
been marked for deletion' info. Then I figured the only way to get out of
that screen was to hit finished, and I was asked if I wanted to invoice the
account. Now, is it possible to directly exit out of the new customer
entry screen when you mark the account for deletion? I don't see why you'd
want to invoice an account you just marked for deletion.
Is it possible to add the ability to copy user profiles over? I'm thinking
of something similar to NT's User Manager or User Profiles. We can create
a template for a new user (employee) and then instead of creating a whole
new profile for each one all we have to do is copy over the template, and
change the username and password.
Done for now...<G>
