Nah... it's every 2 weeks, unless it's critically important or there are
just a TON of additions in that week... Then it's 1 week.

Well, what you could do is instead of mailing everyone individually, is
once a day (at the end of the day or something), just do a mass-mailing
with the welcome letter to everyone that signed up that day... {shrug}

Well, it doesn't pop you out directly when you tag it for deletion
because you could have possibly hit it on accident (yes, it IS possible).
But you are right, they shouldn't be prompted to invoice... I'll take
care of that.

Are you talking about the employee access? If so, that's what the groups
are for... so you can just add the employee to the access group(s) you
wish.
