I was talking about the overall user profiles including the access groups he/she is included in, as well as the user settings/preferences such as power user, timeclock exemption, etc. If all of those were set, all you have to do is enter the employees name. This is not such a big deal for me, I just thought for larger companies that may be adding people for certain tasks (customer entry, billing, tech support) regularly because of their phenomenal growth, this would be beneficial.
