Shawn,
I have read numerous e-mails on Expiration dates. I thought that the
Exp. date was the date that service was paid *through*. In this
case, many customers had an expiration date of Feb. 29th.
On the 1st of March, they were billed for 1 month of service, but the
month ends on the 29th?
Please help me understand the math for how you define a month. What
are we doing wrong here?

George
