If they expire on the 29th, then yes, their cycle would end on the 29th
also.

Calculating a month is pretty simple... Add one to the month... :-)
Example.
2/29/2000 + 1 month = 2+1/29/2000 = 3/29/2000 or
2/12/2000 + 1 month = 2+1/12/2000 = 3/12/2000
