I'm having a bit of a tough time conceptualizing this as well. As are, I'm
sure, our customers when told that their "month" of service which began on
00:01 March 1 expires prior to the 31st.
For cycles which expire on the 1st through the 28th of a month, I can see
the logic. But... what's "exactly 1 month" from, say, January 31? What's
"exactly" 12 months from February 29?
