Actually that's *not* how it works by default... If you go to the
Invoicing Preference, set the "First Invoice Only Has Setup Fees" back to
'No'.
If you don't want a default billing cycle to be used, go to Accounts
Preferences and remove the "Default Billing Cycle Product" value.
