The product you're interested in is Optigold ISP. It's an ISP billing
package with all sorts of very clever and well thought out (cause most of
the development is user request driven) and comprehensive package for
handling the billing, tracking, and usage of your clients.
It is NOT an accounting package. You will want to purchase a seperate
accounting program for handling your accounting. Import the data from
Optigold on a daily/weekly/monthly basis or whatever suits your needs.
Monthly works fine for me because I just need my accounting software to
report Balance Sheets and P&L's correctly.
If you don't alreadly have a good accounting package, I highly recommend
M.Y.O.B. by BestWare. It's a very inexpensive package ($139) or so and
includes payroll, periodic tax table updates, and is the best program
anywhere for handling the accounting needs of a small business. Quickbooks
is a close second but I dislike it's interface. It's just too clumsy and
requires more effort than M.Y.O.B.
