Gentlemen, please accept my sincere thanks for the time that you took in
responding to my request regarding Shawn's billing software. You both have
contributed greatly in my efforts to evaluate Optigold ISP. Matt, I
especially appreciate your detail and help in the suggestions that you have
made. I trust that our organization might be in a position to reciprocate
some day. (P.S. It's guys like you that make this whole Internet thing so
great! Thanks again.)
