Search Again: Mass Mailout From: Alex Kain Date: Thursday, March 9, 2000 Time: 8:37:56 pm Shawn, When you have an overide email and you do a mass mailout, if you have put the variable <FName> in a letter then the letter will go out as Dear , instead of Dear Shawn. Is there any way to add a name to the overide email so each letter gets personally addressed?
