Do you see the Optigold ISP SMTP Gateway load as a minimized process when
you send a letter? If not, it's falling back to MAPI because of
insufficient data (make sure your SMTP server is filled in, make sure all
email addresses on the company preferences screen is filled in, and of
course make sure the employee doing the sending is set to use SMTP under My
Stuff -> Preferences).
