Do the semi-annual customers have a different account type than the monthly
customers?

I would try a different machine or the HP print driver that comes with
Windows (and not HPs).

Are you doing fancy or non-fancy invoices? How much memory does your
printer have? Are you using the company log on the invoices?

Did you check the audit to see if Optigold tried to send it?
