Another one showed up here. A new credit card customer was entered
yesterday but was not charged til this morning. Today he showed up as
being one day past due. I did the normal batch export, charge, and posted
his payment. I go back to his record, the payment is posted, the invoice
is closed (it had a product that gave one month credit), but his expiration
date is still yesterday and he's showing up as 1 day past due still.
Somehow, his invoice did not give him the one month credit...what to do?
Trish, have you seen this as well? ;)
