When QuickDNS downloads secondary zones, the data files for the zones are
placed in a temporary folder provided by MacOS, during the download. When
the files have been downloaded successfully, they are moved to the
"Secondary Data" folder. Error -120 means "Directory not found",
indicating that there is a problem with the disk containing the temporary
folder. This is a problem that Norton Utilities should find so I'm
surprised that Norton reported no errors. If you have more than one hard
drive, did you check them all?

Can you give me a sample domain name which causes a lame delegation
message, so I can look further into it?
