For the record, we tried to create a domain which contained 100,000 hosts
and the server was able to load and serve the domain without problems (It
took a lot of memory though, and a few minutes to load the domain). The
server performance wasn't affected (it took on average less than 7 msec. to
reply to a query for a host in the domain). This was done on a PowerMac
7200/90.
