as a suggestion, it would be great if there was a CLF or syslog related
log. We have an application where we'd like to dump those logs into an
ODBC based database (something we already do for all our web and ftp
servers). I'd love to see QDNS move in this direction. This allows all
machines to be logged to one datasource and errors, problems,
accounting, and such can be done at the database level without the need
to do any importing or batching (stats can be ran in real-time).

If you'd like to see the code for the store-and-forward engine that
we're using on the MacOS based servers, I'm sure we could work something
out. But regardless... consider this extended logging in your planning
for enhancements.
