Search Again: QDNS root servers From: Mikey Date: Friday, July 18, 1997 Time: 1:11:00 am When QDNS is first launched and it retrieves the complete list of root servers, is this list static for the duration that it is cached? In other words, if upon subsequent queries, additional root servers were discovered, would they be added to the list? If these additional root servers had different IP addresses, would the previous root server entries be replaced with the "updated" entries?
