Bogus replys happen very frequently and shouldn't be regarded as a problem,
but if your log is filled with them, and most or all from those two
servers, you should try to find out why these two servers are sending your
replys to queries you didn't ask. The serves are:
198.142.12.1 : sydney1.world.net
198.142.12.2 : sydney2.world.net

You could also lower the log level, which should speed things up a bit
since the server doesn't have to log all the bogus replys.
