Blake,
Are you sure that you've got authority of the reverse zone? I ran DNS
Expert and it reported that 178.96.204.in-addr.arpa didn't seem to be
registered anywhere.
Make sure the reverse zone that you're serving is 178.96.204.in-addr.arpa
and not 204.96.178.192 (from your list).
Let me know and I'll help you get this sorted out.
