According to the root servers, 0.204.in-addr.arpa is handled by two machines:
ns.sesqui.net
jareth.sesqui.net
<ns.sesqui.net> delegates 10.0.204.in-addr.arpa to:
ns0.verio.net
ns1.verio.net
These machines do not know of any PTR records for either
<2.10.0.204.in-addr.arpa> or <13.10.0.204.in-addr.arpa>, though they do
claim authority.
In other words, you don't have authority for your reverse zone, and you
probably should. That's the root of your problem.
