I cannot possibly stay on the phone on hold on a long distant phone call.
Phone cards are expensive enough, and I would need a $20 card in order to
stay on long enough to get them to fix things for me. If you work for
a company, it is not big thing, but for me, always strugging and poor,
the phone is NOT an option. But I WOULD like to have an email address of
someone working there who I can contact via Email to ask them to look
into it for me.

So far now, it's been 14 days and NONE of changes or new domains have been
made effective yet. So, it is clear that they are ignoring me in favor
of other people. I got confirmation that the changes were being worked on
(again - 14 days ago), and yet other people get things done in just a few
days,
so go figure....
