I would suggest you re-submit your changes, they were probably lost.
Domains submitted now are being processed in 2 or 3 days, changes in 3 or
4 days.
I repeat: On January 8, someone spammed them with 150,000 fraudulent
registrations. Their system was overloaded and collapsed. Mail was lost.
Mail was bounced to sender. Mail was forwarded to other people. Weirdness
abounds.
They are running a little banner on their web site indicating the problem.
They are not ignoring you, the system is automated unles something is
wrong and the computers can't figure it out. Then a human has to decypher
it.
