Search Again: Very slow progation From: Dale B. Grady Date: Friday, March 12, 1999 Time: 12:10:00 pm When I make a change to the MX record for a client when they brought the mail service in house the information on my server does not become available for at least a day on the net. I incremented the serial number and restarted the server. The ttl is set to 900 or 15 minutes. It has been over 12 hours since I reset this and I can only find one name server out onthe net that knows about it. It usually takes 24 hours or more until it is available everywhere. What am I doing wrong?!! the name server is at ns1.grady.com and the domain in question is paceelectronics.com Does anybody have a clue as to what I am running into here? Dale B. Grady
