Submit the required template. Then, once you have received a ticket number,
you'll have to get on the phone to InterNIC. Be prepared for the client to
fax a letter stating that they are the registrant and that they want this
change to happen. The letter must be signed by someone in authority at the
registrant's company. It helps to send a photocpoy of the driver's license
of the person who signs the letter. Follow-up with more phone calls and
long delays on hold.
