It is EIMS. Your DNS is correctly configured. Here is what you should do to eliminate the loop: In EIMS, go to Server->Sending Setup-> and click on the asterisk in the text window to the left. The text box to the right labelled Domain will become active. In the text box, type in smoke-stoppers.com and pop up the menu below it labelled Route and choose Via Host and type in mail.smoke-stoppers.com in the text box below it. Save and restart EIMS and this should fix your loop.
