The secondary servers need to be configured so they "know" that they are supposed to be secondaries for the domain in question. The domains are then automatically downloaded (via zone transfer) and the secondary server then checks regularly for changes to the domains based on the information in the domain information (SOA) record for each domain.
You should not modify the files in the Secondary folder, as they are maintained automatically by Quick DNS Pro.
