I would be interested in your detailed explanation regarding what to have US West do - I don't have any errors but I recently switched over to US West and I am on my 3rd set of static IP's due to some problem they are having. I beleive my DNS server is configured correctly but I want to make sure US West is doing what they are suppose to. I want to be very specific with them as I don't want duplicate info on there DNS.

Thanks,

I just emailed you a detailed answer to your previous question. [NOTE: I
found several errors in your current setup.] In it, I mentioned that you
should get US-West to enter reverse records for you in their reverse zone
file.

QuickDNS Pro Admin can generate a reverse zone file for you, if you ask it
to. However, in this case, it won't do you any good. You need to get your
provider to do this, because they are responsible for your addresses. They
haven't delegated them to you, nor have they entered them as they should in
their own file.
