Sounds kinda silly.

Ask them to enter reverse records for every IP they've given you, and give
them the names you want the addresses to resolve to.

It is a bit complicated. However, it can be greatly simplified through the
use of copy and paste. This also gives you the ability to (a) add new hosts
to your network (if you're not using all your addresses yet), and (b)
rename a host, all without bothering your ISP about it.

Which of these methods you choose is entirely up to you to decide, based on
your relationship with your ISP. If they're not easy to deal with, I'd
suggest getting them to delegate a classless subnet to you, so you don't
have to go through a big hassle anytime you want to make a change.
