Load balancing is for balancing the load of web service across multiple
servers. If you're not doing that, you don't need the load balancing
feature of QDNS.
As you said, you will need to enter the address of the secondary server in
an additional NS record in the zone.
It is the responsibility of the secondary to request the zone from the
primary. In QuickDNS Pro Admin, from the Window menu, choose Secondary
Data. Then create a record in the new window. Put the name of the zone
(e.g. imagetrends.com) in the first and second fields, and put the address
of the primary server in the third field. Save the file, and you're done.
