Search Again: spelling of the word cancelled From: Shannon Owen Date: Wednesday, September 30, 1998 Time: 1:50:11 pm We just upgraded to v 1.7.3 and today when I went to do a find on cancelled accounts, it returned 0 records. I then noticed that in this version of Optigold cancelled is spelt differently, one l instead of 2. That means any future cancellations will be labeled canceled, any past are labeled cancelled. ^ ^^ This means doing 2 searches in order to find all the cancelled/canceled accounts. Which also means you can never have 1 found set for all cancelled/canceled accounts. Are we able to change the status labels or is that something that is already set up in the program?
