When I delegate IP space out to customers that run their own DNS, I retain
control over the reverse DNS. (so far, no one's needed anything more than a
/26, or in Class C terms, one fourth of a C) It's not an issue to go
maintain and update the reverse records as they need to be changed. They
make a change, they send an email. It's realy quite simple.

Yeah. When you go shopping for el-cheapo bandwidth, you're getting the
ISPs that are A) Going to nickel and dime you every chance they get B)
Don't provide a good service C) Are cheap themselves, and do things in a
'el cheapo' mannor.

Pay a fair amount, for a fair amount of service. I fell into the trap of a
cheapo ISP once, and while it let me grow, without sucking away all my
money, the headaches that came along with it cost me more than the money I
was saving.

If you're seroius about being on the Internet, you should be ready to pay a
seroius amount of money.
