Several problems exist with your DNS records - but the biggest problem is with your address (A) record and NS records for the name servers "primary-ns.macsultants.com" and "ns3.cw.net". In your QuickDNS tables for your zone, you should place a period after the DNS name, otherwise, it will append the root domain name to the name of the machine and be broadcast as "primary-ns.macsultants.com.eastcoastassault.com.", which is what it is doing and is not correct. You need to place a period after the Primary NS info in the Domain window as well. Don't forget to save the zone file.
Also, you need to check your reverse file(s) for the same problem.
Regarding EIMS, you should pull down the Server menu and select Preferences. Then make sure that in the Server Name box, you have entered both eastcoastassault.com and mail.eastcoastassault.com, making mail.eastcoastassault.com the default. You will have to re-start EIMS to get these changes to take effect.
Let me know if this fixes things. There are other problems with your DNS, but this should get things up and running...
