In each zone file, you'll need to change the NS records.

In QuickDNS Admin, under the Window menu, choose Secondary Data. In the
window that opens, there are several columns:

Domain Name Filename IP Address 1 IP Address 2 ...
_______________ _______________ _______________ _______________ ___
your.domain. whatever.file primary.server <blank> <blank>

where
"your.domain." is the name of the domain zone.
"whatever.file" is a filename; it can be whatever you want, so long as
no other secondary zone uses that name. "your.domain." isn't a
bad choice.
"primary.server" is the IP address of your primary server.

Essentially, QuickDNS Pro needs to know what zone file to request, what
server to get it from, and where to store it on the local hard drive for
easy reloading. You put each zone on a separate line.
